Who Fresh Cars is
Fresh Cars started in 2016 with a small fleet and a simple idea: car rental in Singapore should be transparent, fast and fairly priced. Today more than 1,000 active drivers rent from us across personal, PHV and corporate segments, and we have been recognised with the Star Merchant Award for service quality. Everything runs out of a single showroom at 169 Kaki Bukit Ave 1 in East Singapore, with in-house servicing so cars never wait on a third-party workshop.
The fleet is a mix of renewed-COE cars, which give us the lowest "from" prices, and newer PARF cars for customers who want the latest models. Sedans such as the Honda City, Toyota Vios and Toyota Altis form the core, alongside hybrids (Toyota Aqua, Prius, Honda Vezel Hybrid), SUVs (Honda Vezel, Nissan Qashqai) and 7-seater MPVs (Toyota Wish, Honda Stream). Every car in the fleet is registered and insured for private hire use, so a PHV driver and a family renting for the weekend draw from the same pool.

Short-term car rental starts from $60/day, with Friday-to-Monday weekend packages from $270 and weekly rental from $385. Monthly and long-term rental runs from $1,400/month on terms of one to twelve months; committing to twelve months brings the weekly payment down to $330. PHV rental is priced separately — from $420/week or $1,700/month — with commercial insurance, unlimited mileage and a four-hour replacement guarantee. Car leasing bundles the car, insurance, road tax and servicing into one monthly fee from $1,700 with no downpayment, on the same 1–12 month terms.
What every package has in common: comprehensive insurance with accident excess from $600, road tax, scheduled servicing, 24/7 roadside assistance and a deposit refunded within three business days. Fuel, ERP and parking are the only costs on top.
