Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking and cover any potential incidental charges. It also ensures the car is reserved for you and helps us provide a seamless rental experience.
Your deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business day after the car is returned and inspected, provided there are no additional charges or damages.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, paynow, debit cards, and bank transfers. Please contact our customer service for any specific payment inquiries.
Yes, you can drive our rental cars to Malaysia. However, please inform us in advance so we can provide you with the necessary documentation and insurance coverage.
Collection
Yes, our team will provide a detailed briefing when you collect the car, covering important information such as vehicle features, operating instructions, and rental terms.
'Personal Use' is for your individual transportation needs, while 'Private Hire' is for commercial purposes, such as ride-sharing or taxi services. Different terms and conditions may apply for each.
For personal use rentals, you will need to bring a valid driver's license, a form of identification (such as a passport or ID card), and your payment method.

Yes, our rental cars are equipped with installed cameras for your safety and security. These cameras help monitor driving conditions and provide additional protection during your rental period.
Absolutely. If your rental car experiences a breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible to ensure minimal disruption to your plans.
Leasing & PHV
Yes. Fresh Cars operates three service lines: Car Rental (daily, weekly and monthly), Car Leasing (an all-inclusive monthly arrangement on terms of 1 to 12 months), and PHV Rental (private hire vehicles for Grab, Gojek, Tada, and Ryde drivers). We do not offer multi-year lease contracts — 12 months is our longest term, and it can be extended month to month.
Fresh Cars offers car leasing from $1,400/month on economy sedans, with terms from 1 to 12 months. All prices include comprehensive insurance, road tax, servicing, and maintenance. No downpayment required.
No downpayment is required. We only require a small refundable security deposit (typically equivalent to 1 month's lease payment), which is fully refunded within 3 business days when the car is returned in good condition.
Selected vehicles in our leasing and PHV fleet are LTA-registered and approved for Grab, Gojek, Tada, and Ryde. You need a valid PDVL. For dedicated PHV vehicles, see our PHV Rental page for the full fleet list.
