Contacted Chee Seng and he was able to accomodate to my request, especially due to my age, really responsive and helpful, he explained the car agreement properly as well and it was a quick and smooth handover process thank you! Rented the car for 3 days and no issues, just that perhaps because it’s an old car the fuel efficiency was not ideal despite eco mode (SLB honda vezel) Update: Returning the car was smooth as well despite heavy rain. Deposit was refunded the next working day! (was told that usually it takes 3-5 working days so thank you for the fast processing)

Great car rental experience with Kim. I rented a Honda Vezel for 10 days, travelling between Singapore and Malaysia. The car was in good condition: clean and well-maintained for both city driving and longer highway journeys. Collection and returning of the keys were fast and hassle-free. The entire process was efficient and straightforward, which made the experience stress-free. Kim was very responsive whenever I had questions and all instructions were clearly explained in advance, especially important for cross-border travel. Overall, the service was professional, reliable and convenient. Will definitely rent again in the future.

I been searching on various car rental platforms and luckily I found fresh car rental and contacted Leslie and enquired on the 1 week rental process as my car was down at workshop due to an unexpected accident. Condition of the Rental car ( Honda Vezel 1.5A Hybrid ) was well maintained and there is 40% fuel for you to drive away. Unlike other rental platform that left you 10-15% fuel and you have to find nearest petrol station to refill your fuel. Recently required a rental car for a week to bring my friends from overseas for visiting Singapore. After looking at some well-known rental companies for last minute, their prices are exorbitant and need to place a hefty deposit. So I checkout courasell and found a few great companies esp Fresh Car Ltd. I sent out a few chats around 10 pm. Only Jammuel from Fresh Car respond to my called immediately. The others just message me to talk tomorrow or go their website booked myself. Jammeul took the pain to explain everything over the phone and WhatsApp our conservation. Very satisfied with his meticulous explanation. He only required me to send him my NRIC and Driving License booking. Then when asked the availability of cars, I wanted Honda Vezel, as soon as he had gone home, he did a check and informed me what I wanted. The deposit was only $200 and pay by paynow. Straight alway transfer the money and an official receipt was issued didn't expect such great and honest transactio Next morning, met Jammuel and the meeting on the rent condition was precise and well explained like if accidental or a breadown, how to deal with it. A well written document explanasion on the contract and even a self settlement form was given to me in case meet a minor accident. Just used paynow to pay another a week rental and contract signed by notepad. He brought me to the vehicle and was already 40% full tank unlike some companies give you near empty let you go refilled yourself at nearby petrol kiosk. A vision inspection was done and he himself showed me a small dent on the vehicle ethically. Also told me if small scratches are ok if I accidentally did it. He also told me he had personally test drive and checked the vehicle condition prior to my collection. I immediately countersigned the contract after inspection of the car which is very clean and in good condition. The key was passed to me and I can drive off. Less than an hour, all done. When returning vehicle, everything was as smooth as getting the car. Just need to top up the 40% you collected and checking was done swiftly by Jammuel in less than 10 minutes. Also informed me to give my paynow account to him to get back my $200 deposit. Great company and professional staff. Highly recommend for you to this Professional and friendly rental company.
