I was served by Chee Seng, this was my 2nd contract with Fresh Cars, in between a one month break due to overseas trip. Returning the car, were super smooth, no nonsense. During my first contract, unfortunately had met with an accident, and Chee Seng was attentive and helpful with the process. My second contract, experienced a car mechanical fault light code and the repair will need a few days. Chee Seng immediately arranged for a replacement car, when I reached their office from workshop. Both contracts were different cars, Chee Seng had given good advices and recommendations. I would strongly recommend Fresh Car, and look for Chee Seng, for car rental services.

Had a good experience renting a Toyota Axio from Fresh Cars from 8/10 to 30/10, arranged through JunJie. The booking process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, with everything settled efficiently. The only minor issue was the low tyre pressure when I collected the car. However, JunJie was very responsive and quick to follow up to check if there were any problems, which I really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant rental experience with good customer service. Thanks to JunJie for being helpful and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend Fresh Cars!

I rented a car from Fresh Cars while my own vehicle was in the workshop. What was initially planned as a one-week rental ended up being extended to three weeks, and throughout the entire period, Junjie provided exceptional service. He was always patient, responsive, and accommodating to my requests. On one occasion, I needed a last-minute extension even though the vehicle had already been booked for another customer. With just a phone call, Junjie went the extra mile to help arrange another week's extension, which I truly appreciated. Whenever I had any questions or issues regarding the car, Junjie was always quick to respond with helpful advice, regardless of the time. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I am extremely grateful to both Junjie and the Fresh Cars team for their outstanding support during a difficult period.
